Project Administrator
Swinomish Planning & Community Development – Division of Construction
Salary Range: $30.00 – $38.00/ hour DOE
Position Summary: The Project Administrator assists the Construction & Project managers and is responsible for various administrative duties surrounding the project. These duties may include documentation, meeting management, handling and updating project budgets. The position will work closely with the Construction Manager to maintain project budgets and reporting documentation necessary for the Tribe’s maintenance, growth, and development. The Project Administrator performs a variety of tasks including supporting and providing assistance to the Project Managers with regard to projects including documentation, assistance in bidding, coordinating with other tribal departments, financial budgeting and project cost tracking.
This position reports to and is directly supervised by the Construction Manager and the general direction of the Planning and Community Development Director.
